Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules 4 to 6 times daily with water or your favorite beverage. For best results, allow at least 2 hours between doses. We recommend taking this product in combination with a NOW® Creatine supplement.
 
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
 
Contains no: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
 
Caution: Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. After a few weeks of supplementation with Beta-Alanine, this sensation normally lessens or subsides.
