Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® daily, preferably with meals.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Phosphatidyl Serine, Soy Lecithin and DMAE.

Other Ingredients:  Cellulose (capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
